The ACT series screen printing plate cleaning device achieves an environmentally friendly, low-cost, and space-saving solution through localized complete sealing cleaning. The ACT series provides uniform and high-quality cleaning for any type of plate. As for the operation overview: - Only the area to be cleaned (the inside of the plate frame) is enclosed by a sealed booth from both sides. - Solvent is sprayed in a high-pressure shower from 18 swing nozzles (the number of nozzles varies by type). - High-speed drying is achieved with warm air blow (drying temperature can be set as desired).
